This is not a book that advises you or tells you what you should do. No, this is a book that tells you that you are not alone. It is a book that shows you how there is someone who has been where you are, someone who has made her way out of it slowly and painstakingly by putting one foot in front of the other. This book is about someone who lost herself to a point beyond recognition, and now she has reclaimed herself in face of many obstacles. Her journey has been broken down into steps, which might not be easy, but they are quite simple.

Most importantly, this is a book that does not just show you the light at the end of the tunnel. It also shows you the footsteps of someone who reached there. At times, I wish there was a book like this for her when she needed it. But let me just say, if you need it, this book is there for you.
