I read the book and I am quite surprised that how a debut author work this nicely with so expertised skill. This book conveys a heartfel message and talks about the life of a women after divorce. I felt every emotion narrated in this book. This is the first time I cried alot while reading the book. But it's worth it. Language is simple and narration is done pretty well. The cover and title is really incredible and apt.

I read many divorced women stories but this had a different level. The story is full of emotions. When Anika realised that she shouldn't tolerate and made a move to come out from that space she had to fight alot. To know what happened you must read the book. Author narrated everything very beautifully in a way that you can feel every emotion. Kudos to the debut book. Hoping to read more.

Paradise Sucked is about a girl Anika who have to marry for her parents sake and have to fight many obstacles. By seeing her in that position I really felt bad and I felt like I should do something to make her come out of it. I want to give the credits for what I felt to Author. I felt every emotion because of the way the Author narrated the whole story. I felt that I was also an important character of the story. I had a very great feeling while reading the book and seeing the development of Anika.

We live in a society which will remain the same no matter how much advanced we can be. The narrow mindedness will still somewhere lurk inside the evil people who make constantly make this society dirty. In every divorce, the first blame goes to women and it is assumed that she would have done something wrong with her husband and spoilt her marriage but it's not true. The author try to conveys this same message through this story which deeply revolves around the life of a woman after divorce. The story is quite entertaining with lots of drama and emotions and that's what we call a good book. Kudos to the author..!!

                Debjit Sarkar

Paradise Sucked revolves around how a marriage turned into a worst nightmare of the protagonist. Anika, the protagonist was in love with a guy but married another just for her family. Anika's husband doubts for every small thing and fights with her. He was the reason that he can't even meet her maternal family. I was so disheartened to see those things and my heart just sank when i realized that some women actually face these things and torture on a daily basis. Along with simple language and excellent narrative, this book is an Impeccable read and truly deserving read.

                  Aastha bhatia

Paradise Sucked is written by Aparna who had given her 100% to this book. She is an first time Author but after reading the book I didn't felt that it is her debut book. Paradise Sucked revolves around Anika who had to face many problems due to marriage. Anika's story made me so emotional and I can't stop my tears. Overall it's a great book and a must read book. I recommend all my friends to read this.

                      Mahi Aggarwal

Paradise is a place which seems so peaceful and lovely and well, there's nothing wrong but after reading book, i got to learn that Paradise need not to be a after death experience rather, it is something that we can live while living our life. Sometimes, the story of our life fails to keep us happy and we think that we have nothing left, but we should not forget that we are the writer of our life and we can edit the story if we aren't happy. This story made me really emotional and entertained me to the next level also.

                        Rashi

Can you imagine a paradise which is full of chaos ? But if you want to know how hard it is to live when you had chaos at your house you must read this book. It's damn difficult to live mainly when you have responsibilities. To know more about this story you must read the book. I would highly admire the author for her writing skills and wide imagination which not only entertained us by this book but also made a huge step forward on such topic. Surely recommended book.

                          Harsh pandey

Paradise sucked is an heart warming story that revolves around the protagonist, Anika. This story is all about Anika and her life and emotions. I loved many things about the book and i loved how author has pointed even the little details with so grace and empathy. The bonding between Anika and her Cousins really overwhelmed me. How her Cousins stood beside her in tough times is just commendable. Anika's daughter Khushi is also portrayed well and it was just exquisite to see her encouragement towards her mother. To know more about the book you must read the book.

                            Sundram Jha

I appreciate the author for her brave work in this book. This heart-touching story checks all the boxes of a good book and also creates and social awareness. Divorce is seen like a taboo and divorcee women as considered as evil. I dont think thatthis society will change their thinking anytime soon but what the author did is really fabulous.

With my expertise and guidance I empower people to make informed decisions, set boundaries, and create a new path for their future. I believe that with the right support, divorce can be a transformative experience that leads to personal growth and a happier life.
